How and Where Are Baked By Nicola Products Made? +

At Baked By Nicola, we pride ourselves on being a luxury artisan bakery. All our orders are freshly baked and carefully hand-decorated at our Littleborough bakery. We commit to the highest quality by using premium ingredients such as free-range organic eggs, organic butter, flour, 100% cocoa, Callebaut chocolate, and organic Madagascan vanilla. Unlike mass production, we bake in small batches, focusing on hand-finishing each order to ensure exceptional taste and quality.

For How Long Will My Bakes Stay Fresh? +

To enjoy our products at their peak, we recommend consuming them soon after purchase as they are free from artificial preservatives. If needed, you can store them in airtight containers at room temperature for up to seven days, or refrigerate if the climate is warm. Remember to bring the bakes to room temperature before serving. For longer storage, our products can be frozen for up to three months.

What Size Are Your Bakes? +

As they are artisan products our bakes vary slightly in size.

  • Brownies: Each measures approximately 90mm by 60mm. For example, our Crispy Caramel Brownie weighs about 140g, while our Malteser Brownie is around 120g.
  • Cookies: Each is carefully weighed to approximately 125g and has a diameter of about 90mm.
Free Delivery +

We offer free delivery throughout the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24, available for orders that include at least six brownies or cookies. This service aims for next-day delivery, including Saturdays, and allows you to track your order and receive delivery confirmations.

When Do We Dispatch? +

We bake to order, dispatching twice weekly:

  • Orders from Wednesday noon to Friday midnight are dispatched on Tuesday for delivery by Wednesday/Thursday.
  • Orders from Saturday just after midnight to Wednesday morning are dispatched on Thursday for delivery by Friday/Saturday.

This efficient scheduling ensures that every order is freshly baked and promptly delivered.
