Instagram Competition Rules and Regulations for "Win a Year of Brownies" by Baked By Nicola
1. Eligibility Criteria
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- Must have an Instagram account to enter.
- Employees of Allez y Limited, trading as Baked By Nicola, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Contest Period
- A new winner will be selected every month until March 2025. Entries for each month's draw close on the last day of the month at 23:59 GMT. The first draw commences on March 31st and the final draw closes on February 28th 2025, one year later.
3. How to Enter
- Follow @Baked_By_Nicola on Instagram.
- Like the contest announcement post on Instagram for the month you're entering
- Tag a friend in the comments of the contest post using #BakedByNicolaMarchComp (each tag counts as an additional entry; one tag per comment) then
- SHARE the contest post on your story and tag @Baked_By_Nicola, #BakedByNicolaMarchComp
4. Prize Details
- One winner each month will receive a box of brownies delivered to their address each month for one year (a total of 12 boxes).
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each month.
- Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days after the monthly contest ends.
- Winners must respond within 48 hours of receipt of their email to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
- This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- By entering, participants agree to release Instagram from all liability related to the contest.
- By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Allez y Limited, trading as Baked By Nicola, which are final and binding in all respects.
